Summary: Very conveniently located off of Happy Valley Rd allowed us to get anywhere on the north side of Phoenix with minimal traffic delays. Kids loved the variety of activities available in the backyard and of course the heated pool.

Summary: Opening the front door, we felt like someone lived there. It is an older home supplied with cooking spices, resealable bags, laundry detergent, etc. There’s a large area outside for play, and plenty of dining and relaxing area. The property is large in a quiet neighborhood. We did find it odd that there is a skylight in the master bedroom, but in April it did not bother us.
