Summary: Easy place for a family of three to stay. Great location- you can walk to Publix or the post office (and a cute French bakery- Croissantime). Kitchen, washer & dryer and extra towels were good amenities.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely townhome for a visit with our adult son, who lives nearby. The location was convenient to Las Olas, beaches, and grocery shopping, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The townhome was nicely decorated and well appointed for our nine-day stay. The hosts even had beach chairs and towels for us to use. The linens were good quality (soft, large towels!) and the kitchen was generally well-equipped, with plenty of seating. We would have loved an ice cream scoop and more eating utensils for the evenings we invited our son and his girlfriend over for dinner. The property was modern and all updated, with new, high-quality appliances. The beds were fairly comfortable, but a little firm for my taste - but that is always such a personal matter! We appreciated the coded entry so we did not have to manage keys, the dedicated parking space, the private fenced-in yard, the tiled floors on the main level, the updated bathrooms, and the large, comfortable seating in the living room and dining area. The property was very clean and well-cared for. Chris and Courtney were responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
