Summary: This was our 2nd time staying here and plan to stay again in the future! We were in Clermont for the Sommer Sports Triathlon. This property is so clean, so comfortable and relaxing, quiet, stocked with everything you need and Susan is great with communicating. The trailhead is right in front of the house. You can take the trail to Victory Park (for the triathlon) or other places. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. I told my husband I would happily live here! I highly recommend this wonderful little gem. Book it, you will not be disappointed!

Summary: We were there for our daughter’s wedding and it was the best location. We were centrally located to every event. The house was comfortable and met all of our needs. We had a great time and would definitely book the same location again.

Summary: This property was outstanding. Everything was accurate as to the listing. Very clean and excellent location. Very central to shopping and dinning area. Very generous owners even left complimentary snacks and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Our group is planning our next trip to the area and want to stay in the same property.

Summary: We had 3 couples staying for a local memorial service. This rental is convenient to everything and was very very clean. Wish there were mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms so it wasn't so hard to share 1bathroom for 4 adults. We would stay here again.

Summary: We stayed at the Trail Inn Clermont in March 2023 for a Sommer Sports Triathlon. It was absolutely perfect! So very clean, well stocked, comfortable and so relaxing! It had plenty of room and everything you could need was included. The master bed was so comfortable after a day of racing. We also loving relaxing on the swing and front porch. We definitely plan on staying at the Trail Inn again when we come back for future races. Sue is super easy to communicate with and she makes sure you have all the information before you check in. She even had a welcome basket! We can’t wait to go back!
