Summary: Cozy clean house, beautiful pool in backyard. Right down the block from a private beach area. Perfect for families with small children. Playground down the block. Other end of the block has a shopping center will all amenities a family can need - CVS, magic fountain ice cream, pizza, tacos, burgers, movie theater, Starbucks, food store. Despite being so close to all this, it still feels like you are far far away from it all while sitting in the backyard.
