The perfect house for your casual, relaxed family holiday. Light and airy open plan living, all on one level. French doors open to the deck with a gas barbecue and onto the lawn with an outdoor dining space. A new, well equipped kitchen with full fridge/freezer and family sized oven makes entertaining a breeze.
With a high speed fibre connection you can bring your Apple TV or use the supplied Chrome-cast device. There is also a Sky dish so you can bring your own sky decoder and an HDMI cable. We offer a huge library of DVDs for family entertainment.
The bathroom has a full sized bath and also a shower cubicle. The toilet/WC is in a separate room. The bathroom and laundry have both been newly renovated.
It's an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and only 400 metres to the local gastropub/restaurant and the adjacent supermarket and cafe/pizza restaurant . A 3 minute drive gets you to the shops at Papamoa Plaza or the newly extended Bayfair Mall. There are regular buses to Papamoa, Bayfair, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. Or pack your bikes for cruisey flat riding. For keen mountain bikers, it's only 45 minutes to the excitement of the Rotorua bike trails.
The large flat back yard has big shade trees and citrus... perfect for the kids to play. A flat sealed driveway has plenty of space for boats and cars.
There is easy driving access with the Sandhurst Drive exit from the expressway nearby.
No parties and no additional guests staying beyond those booked.

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay for a few days close to the beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. The home is clean comfortable and convenient. Would stay here again.

Summary: This is a more traditional kiwi holiday home. It's very relaxing for a family. We loved being able to walk barefoot to the beach and pick citrus fruit from the trees in the garden. A down to Earth place to relax.

Summary: we expected more based on the reviews. the garden is nice. otherwise everything is rather dingy. dishwasher dirty on arrival. hair under the sofa & bed. apart from the dead cockroaches. we left early. at least we were reimbursed for the cleaning.

Summary: The house is kinda dated (apart from the kitchen), but overall really well maintained and spacious. What was really great was that we didn't encounter a single cockroach for the entire week we spend there :) It's a good value for money and I certainly would bring my family back there next year

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this property. Everything was thought about to make the stay very comfortable. Summary: Our family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) had a delightful four nights here. There was plenty of space inside and outside for us to spread out. The beach is a 5 minute walk but we chose to do the 7-minute drive to the surf club so we could swim safely between the flags. The house had everything we needed, including a heat pump, fans in the rooms, an electric frying pan and dishwasher. Communication with the host was great. I heartily recommemd this beach house for a fabulous summer holiday.

Summary: This property was like a home away from home.It was comfortable and perfect for the children. The property was fully closed which allowed our children to play outside safely. With a two minute walk to the beach we were able to go everyday. Everything we needed was in the area and either walking distance or a short drive. Grat communication from property manager and easy clear instructions about the property. A recommendation would be to update bathroom, furniture, and living area which would be more reflected in the cost of the stay. Other than that the stay was comfortabe and great over the Christmas break.
