Summary: The proper tea was well furnished and easy to find. There was lots of things to do on the property and it was located 30 minutes from Busch Gardens. We had a great time.

Summary: We recently stayed as a large family and were surprised at how spacious the property is. The kids enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway and soccer on the front lawn field. The space would be great for a large gathering! We didn’t cook any real meals since we spent all our time away at the theme park and waterfront. The house appeared to be very well stocked with cookware and dishes if you're going to be preparing meals! The house was well equipped with linens, paper towels, dish liquid, trash bags, toilet paper, etc to keep you going for several days even with a full house!Even with construction and traffic, we were able to get to Busch Gardens on 3 separate days in 40 minutes or less. There is a local dollar store, grocery store, Mexican restaurant, and gas station within about 10 minutes so you do not need to go far.We did lose power at the house for several hours (had a few days of strong storms). Unfortunately, the power loss also took out thr water. We let the host know about the power ans he said it happens. We left for the theme park and figured it would be on when we returned. We didn’t return until between 9 pm - 10 pm so it was very late when we realized that while the power was restored, water was not so we needed to know what to do to get the well working. He swiftly contacted someone who had the issue resolved in about an hour. Very swift resolution!Due note, there are no baby friendly items such as a crib or highchair onsite.

Summary: The property was easy to find and beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer but it had everything we needed. Master tub looks amazing, sorry we didn't have time to use it, maybe next time. Thank you for letting us visit.

Summary: We stayed for a family funeral and the accommodations were perfect for us. We had 8 adults and we had plenty of room. It has a nice open space to gather, which we appreciated.

Summary: Nice clean, roomy house. Could sleep 14. 1 bath shared by 2 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet country setting. About 30-40 mins from Williamsburg, Richmond, Jamestown and Yorktown. Owner respnoded quikly to emails. TVs in every bedroom and both living areas.

Summary: We chose this property to stay at the week of Thanksgiving leading up my daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. This property turned out to be the perfect Haven for us. We had a larger group with some rotation of family and friends staying with us before and after the wedding. There is so much space in the house. The owner was very quick to acknowledge and resolve an issue upon arriving. You won’t be disappointed choosing this location for a get away.
