Positive: The place was as advertised--not fancy, but modern enough, comfortable and very clean. It was a short walk to restaurants and bars, not so many, but we only needed enough for us for two separate nights and mornings...going to Pittsburgh and returning a few days later. The host was very helpful and friendly. Parking was right outside the door, so that was easy as well.
Negative: The only issue we had was related to the heat. It was fairly cold when we got in. Our host did apologize for that and made sure that we had figured out how to use it. When we saw the baseboards, we had a bit of a problem being able to clearly see the controls on the heat. But we shined our phone lights on the knobs and it was quite easy after that. The place was nice and toasty shortly after that. When we returned on our way back, we arrived at a lovely and warm apartment.

Positive: Location was fine but the one-way streets make driving challenging. The host was able to reset the front door lock remotely when we couldn't get in. Luckily we had the host's phone number from one of the prior communications.
Negative: I had expected something a little more "charming" but it had been clearly described as "rustic". It met our needs and was generally comfortable. I was surprised that the bathroom was some distance from the bedroom -- a potential issue when you have to get up a couple of times during the night.
