Summary: Overall, the home offered what we needed and the location was perfect. However, it was disappointing to arrive and find 10-15 dead cockroaches scattered around the kitchen and living room floor. While we were staying the hot water went out and we weren’t sure why but didn’t have time to let management know since we were going to a wedding. The property management was responsive when we let them know about the problems. But we were all very disappointed in finding so many roaches and concerned about the cleanliness of the property.

Summary: Overall this place accommodated our family. The view outback was gorgeous with golfers playing golf and deer wandering through. Couple of negatives were musty smell, dusty with spiderwebs and TVs did not have local stations plus tv in bedroom upstairs didn't work. We were trying to watch college football and couldn't get game through ABC. We did enjoy the quiet and perfect weather sitting on the back porch. Would stay here again with a few things fixed!
