Many of our guests come here for the beautiful views of the Olympic mountains and the Puget Sound waterway, local parks, hiking trails, walking the neighborhood, biking, boating, ferry rides, museums, sporting events, concerts, and restaurants. Some come to recover from medical procedures, some come for funerals of loved ones, some people come to work, others for birthdays, holidays, weddings, honeymoons, others just for some peace, quiet, and solitude watching the different varieties of birds and boats float by. Note: We do for an extra charge have the ability to sleep Two (2) extra people, please let us know ahead of time so we can put out extra linen, and make up the sofa bed.

All secure separate Studio: Living room, Bathroom, kitchen. Out your door is a yard facing the ocean, the bottom right side by the stairway is separate from the one bedroom unit on the far right side. Both Studio and One bedroom has its own separate Lawn furniture and barbeque in front of each.
Just 15 mins sometimes less from SeaTac Airport.
Near the City of Seattle just 20 mins away.
Just 7 mins from the Hospital if you need one.
Plenty of grocery stores and Restaurants nearby 5-10 mins away. Burien has lots of different restaurants, you can even have your food delivered by some of them.
King size bedroom
Full Kitchen stocked up with utensils.
Patio furniture and a barbeque.
This is in a great neighborhood with lots of parks in the area 10-20 mins away.
The people in the area walk/hike and ride their bikes around some venture to the water a quarter mile away they are friendly and they will like to talk and wave. Burien has lots of different restaurants, you can even have your food delivered by some of them. If your looking for things to do. I have lived in the area all my life and I have lots of recommendations for city, water or mountains what ever your passion.
We live above this studio have a tiny noise of us walking around or perhaps talking, this is said just in case you are super sensitive to any noise what so ever.
NOTE: In between the floors are insulated and we have talked to our guest to see if the noise is disturbing and everyone has said NO. But since we are a super host we want full disclosure just in case.

Summary: Our stay was overall really great! The pros outweighed any negatives. The pros of this suite is truly the view. Waking up to it really was so peaceful and relaxing. We also felt the suite was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is always a concern for us. And the location was quiet and perfect for us. As for things we weren’t really expecting was not being able to flush any toilet paper. We understood the septic tank situation as explained by the host but we just weren’t expecting this little inconvenience. But the suite in itself we would absolutely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Summary: We stayed in the 1BR unit. It is great, very nicely set up, lots of room, clean and nice! The view is terrific and though we did not have the opportunity to spend time out on the deck, it is well set up and there is a BBQ available.The host is responsive but though they are in the same building (one floor above) we did not see them basically at all and there was no sense that they were paying attention to us. If we have another occasion to be in the area, we would certainly try to stay here again.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay outside the noise of Seattle. There was a place for daily yoga, lots of hikes within a 30 minutes drive and a cute downtown too. Dale is a very attentive host and is very willing to help with any questions. We were happy to just sit and enjoy the view, both from inside or outside on the patio. Thank you Dale!

Summary: We spent the last 7 days at this sweet spot; beautiful quiet view of Puget Sound. It was very clean and has everything we needed; we even enjoyed cooking a steak dinner one night in the outdoor grill while enjoying the view. Dale and Ping are super sweet!

Summary: Can’t beat the VIEW!! This place was great. Clean, new, well-stocked. But the view was the star of the show. Lovely evenings on the patio watching the activity on Puget Sound. Would 100% stay here again. Loved it!!
