Positive: The supermarket and the shopping mall are nearby, so they are accessible without a car. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. The interior was modern and bright.
Negative: It seems like it has not been cleaned for a long time. A lot of hair on the carpet and dust everywhere. I also had to spend a lot of time trying to find parking in the neighborhood. If you have a lot of stuff, it will not be a fun experience moving your stuff from the opposite end of the lane.

Positive: Warm. Comfortable. Small studio apartment but everything you need. Nice touches (ice cream, toiletries, Weber bbq). Owner/Manager nice to deal with. Good directions. Nice new apartment complex with pleasant courtyard. Easy walk to Supermarket and entire 5-Mile retail area.
Negative: Parking is an issue if you have a vehicle. Very little parking available close to the apartment. The Welcome e-mail offers suggestions. The TV did not work for long. Buffering, freezing, needing re-starting constantly. Owner said he would try to fix it but it was the same the second evening. Bosch induction cooktop was hard to work out as we had not used a Bosch before. Discreet instructions would have been helpful.
Summary: Lovely warm, well-stocked, comfortable, compact apartment - but with parking and TV issues.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and it was handy to have the washer and dryer available to use. The cooking facilities were good for the size of the unit and the view over the courtyard was pleasant.
Negative: Parking was an issue as most spots nearby are taken up by workers on the nearby construction site. The actual unit was downstairs through the garage door which had items scattered throughout the area and very off putting stepping over belongings.

Positive: Everything you need on a short trip was provided! Kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, entertainment etc. Main thing that stood out for me was the shampoo & body wash. I usually pack my own when staying at hotels cause I don't like the tiny portions & smell of their products but James provided the goods and also checked up on us after self checking in. Pak'n save & Kmart are in walking distance esp the sushi store. Will definitely be staying here again.
Negative: The only problem was limited parking space. Hopefully once all the constructions work is done, there'll be more parking available. Otherwise, everything worked out for us :)
