Originally an Amish Home, we have updated and remodeled the house into separate units. This unit is a 2 BR, 2 BATH with a sleeper sofa . It includes 1 private bedroom(queen), 1 loft bedroom(queen bedroom not private) with a walk-in shower upstairs, and a sleeper sofa (queen) with a full tub /shower downstairs. This fully furnished unit also includes a full kitchen(we do not provide condiments). Located in Wilmot on a main road(Rt. 62),we are surrounded by Amish neighbors. You can enjoy beautiful Holmes County and the Amish country as you relax outside. Located within 30 minutes of nearby shopping in Berlin. Or enjoy Walnut Creek Farm and David Warthers Museum in Sugarcreek. SORRY NO SUNDAY CHECK INS WITHOUT CHECKING WITH MANAGERS FIRST.

Summary: I was traveling up to the Canton area for the Hall of Fame events but didn't want to pay Canton prices and this adorable little place fit the bill for what I was looking for. Two beds and two bathrooms is almost unheard of at the price point they were offering, so it was an easy decision to stay. Relatively quiet, aside from some random roadway noise, but I had read the reviews ahead of time and I was thankful I did, because I packed a couple of floor fans to drown out the sounds that others had mentioned. The fans also came in handy because the two beds are upstairs and it definitely is a lot warmer upstairs than downstairs, and staying in early August probably did not help that. Once I settled into bed, though I slept like a baby, because the beds are comfortable. We didn't really use any of the dishes or things like that, so I can't speak to that but did use the body wash and towels that were provided and there was more than enough. (Thank you!!) I also saw someone mentioned that they wish there was an ice cube maker, so I ran to Target ahead of time and purchased some refillable ice cube trays that hopefully will be there for the next guests to solve that issue. :) The property management team were so friendly, kind, and flexible with me in the messages ahead of time and I cannot express how grateful I am for that. Knowing what I know, I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others..

Summary: Property was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Close to lots of neat Amish towns. House needs some mixing bowls and water pressure is terrible. If renters are next door, no water at all if anyone else is using it. Also, bring fans if coming in summer, air downstairs is great, but it doesn’t get upstairs where bedrooms are and can get hot up there!

Summary: We had a great stay, home is nice, very clean which is important to me. I was not aware it sat on a highway it was a little noisy, but not bad at night when we settled in. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.
