For children lots of animals to feed. Pigs,horses sheep and fowl.
This is a working ranch and can be hectic at times ,however if it is mainly fairly quiet.

Summary: Overall was a good stay. Initially caught us by surprise at how close the owner's home was to the rental as we thought there'd be a more distinctive separation. The owners were pleasant though. The dogs were very protective of their home and pretty vocal, but as long as they were kept in the fenced area on the opposite side of the rental, they weren't bothersome when we sat on the patio or walked the backyard (which was the case most of the time). We really enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and the farm animals (the piggies were by far our favorite). Perfect location from town being just a short 2 minutes.

Summary: The house was very clean and had plenty of room for myself, husband and two small children. We didn’t know the house only had two window units for AC (gets cold enough at night for open windows), it was right next to the main house and the highway, ranch hands live on the property or they rent out space for camping next to the river. But, they were very friendly and were quick to respond to any messages that were sent. My son loved interacting with all of the animals and the property was beautiful. Overall, we still had a great time.

Summary: Our stay was very pleasant and the fishing was fantastic. The kids had fun with all the animals on the farm. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and Bathrooms were well stocked. The one thing that was unexpected was all the Highway noise. You don't hear the Hwy from inside the house, but its hard to relax on the porch with the freeway nearby. However, you are free to walk around the farm and escape the noise the further you explore.

Summary: When we arrived at the property just after 4 pm, there was someone still hooking up the air conditioners. He quickly left and my son turned on the tv. Something in the way things were wired caused the circuit breaker to trip. Contacted the host after about 6 times and they changed where things were plugged in and we had no other issues with that. I was looking forward to my kids being able to hang out in the pool while the adults relaxed. The pool was filled with about 2 feet of green/brown water. I had emailed a few weeks prior to verify that there was a pool to which the response was yes. I feel like it would have been forthcoming if she had mentioned that the pool wasn’t currently able to be used. After seeing the pool, I messaged the host again. She said that the temperatures had been too low and they were going to start filling it the next day. Two days later, they fill the pool. I’m not sure how long it takes to shock the pool and make it safe for swimming and since I knew it hadn’t been cleaned out prior to filling it, we chose not to swim. The hot tub was cold and had alot of debris for the first few days of our stay. We mentioned that as well and we’re told that the over had blown off. The put the cover back on but it still wasn’t heated up until the day before we left. The hosts were very kind which definitely helped. I just feel like stay was not worth what we paid. And it is a working farm so there are always people around. Not a great place for privacy.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying in the farmhouse. Close to everything we wanted to visit and do and it was an extra treat to be able to visit with baby animals!

Summary: Beverly’s place is absolutly amazing, she was super hospitable and welcoming. They did such a great job on the VRBO. My son loved all the animals and it was quiet. We will defiantly be stay with Beverly again. I highly recommend

Summary: We had a great stay. Our kids loved the pool and animals. Owners were attentive, considering any extra needs we had. Relatively easy to get to, close to town and area attractions. Overall, this is a special, unique and memorable stay.
