Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

Summary: This home was much more than we expected. Perfectly clean with many amenities that helped make our stay fantastic. Our host, Nancy was absolutely wonderful and made herself available if we needed her. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with super easy access to everything we had planned to do in Flagstaff.

Summary: We loved this home and this neighborhood. The house had everything we could need or want, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous backyard, bikes, games. Nancy left a lovely welcome snack basket and bottle of wine which was so thoughtful. Walking distance to fun downtown, Thorpe park hikes and Lowell Observatory. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sparklingly clean inside. We will definitely return. Nancy is a responsive and awesome host!

Summary: This is an excellent home if you have a group. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully designed and so comfortable. Lots of room so you don’t feel on top of one another. Nancy was excellent to work with and very communicative and easy to reach. Location is fabulous - close enough to town to be convenient but great area to give you a break from the crowds during busy times. Plus the view of the Peaks from the house is incredible.

Summary: 2 day ski trip to Snow bowl. Nancy's place was absolutely perfect for me, my son and two of our friends. Very clean home that had everything we needed. Great location as well. Will certainly stay again next season.

Summary: I have never had a more homey, well laid out, well stocked VRBO! The owner thought of everything...from a variety of spices in the kitchen to a crock pot to bikes in mud room and black wash cloths for make up removal. The back yard is fully fenced and dog friendly. Having a 3rd bathroom was very helpful. Location was great...close to restaurants and shopping. Owner very responsive when I had questions. Would give her a 10 if I could!

Summary: We just left Flagstaff today and had a great time at Nancy's charming, remodeled house. It was perfect for us and the location was idle. The house was clean and just as described. Nancy was very communicative and answered any questions I asked of her. There were four of us so we each had a room and only 2 had to share a bathroom. The house was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for us. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Flagstaff!

Summary: House feels bigger than the pictures can show. Open concept with lots of room to hang out.Very cozy living room, high quality furniture to snuggle up on and watch a movie by the fire.Sitting room with big bay window just off the back of the kitchen was a beautiful spot to start the day. Storage area for skis and bikes just a few steps from where you park your car.I could go on and on. House was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean and well provided.Excellent communication from host.Very highly recommended.
