- All bedrooms are on the main floor, with 1 full bed in the loft area
- 1 Full bathroom on the main floor
- 3 smart TVs- living room 42", 40" in the loft/game room, and a 32 inch on the outside porch (seasonal) All are Smart TVs with Cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime
- Small dogs allowed (2 maximum)
- There are 3 parking spaces available
- There is a wood-burning stove in the living room (Duraflame logs only, 1 is provided for your stay)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

* We supply a starter set of amenities including toilet paper (3 per bath), paper towels(2), trash bags (10), dishwasher tabs (6), dish soap (1), a sponge (1), handi wipes (3), laundry detergent (2), hand soap at each sink, and 3 n 1 Body Wash/Shampoo in each shower are provided.
* Linens are provided. Towels and facecloths (1 per guest) are provided.
* Coffee: There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. A few K cups are provided.
* Kitchen items: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Spices and condiments

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.
* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. * You can bring up to 2 pets with a $50 pet fee.

This applies to both drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.

Summary: My family and I came up to visit extended family in the Ossipee area and when looking for a place to stay we found this property. Everything about it was amazing, from the location, to the ping pong table and giant sorry game, to the uh-maz-ing mattresses. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the lakes region. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit.

Summary: Great location! Minutes to White Lake park. Convenient to N. Conway and Winnepesaukee. Ultra clean, open and spacious floor plan. Bedrooms are spacious enough for a week-long family trip. Beds are extremely comfortable!! Can't miss with this property. I'll surely head back for winter sports.

Summary: We stayed for a job that we were doing in sandwich. So was nice place to rest after 10 hours of work. The place is clean, cozy and charm. I am planning to get back with my wife and daughters!

Summary: The cabin was very quiet, is very close to White Lake and had almost everything we needed. The property managers are doing their best to control the ants but I think that’s just a reality of cabins in the woods. The ceilings are low in places and you may hit your head if you’re over 6’ tall (like I did). Otherwise, the place is great!

Summary: The rental cabin is very spacious, clean, and cozy. It was very easy to check in and get in contact with the property manager. Only downside is that the bathroom wasn’t insulated but I’m sure that’s not a problem if you are renting in the summer. It’s pricey as well, but I’m sure a group of families/ friends can split the cost.
