Just a mile away from highway, 7 minutes away from Strong Hospital, 10 minutes away from RIT, 20 minutes away from Seabreeze Amusement Park and Lake Ontario and across a street from Wegmans Corporate Office. You will love our cozy home on a quiet street in Gates. Due to its close proximity to highway, our house is within 15 minutes to anywhere in Rochester. Lyft, Uber and public transportation are nearby.
The house is fully renovated, cozy, clean, two bedrooms and one bathroom ranch. The home has central air and heating, a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
Guests have access to entire house and backyard.
The living room has 65" WiFi enabled Smart TV. You can access your Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube accounts. Large bedroom also has 55'' Smart TV. Free WiFi for guests.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here. Came in for a couple of my son’s lacrosse games and it was a short drive to the field. Anything we could possibly need was in close proximity. Nadia paid great attention to detail with the amenities in the place. From the full kitchen set up, hairdryer and magnified makeup mirror! She thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable Would definitely stay again!

Summary: House was in excellent shape - clearly VERY recently renovated, and very clean. New appliances, new TVs, and well-stocked with new essentials. Location was fine, convenient to the airport and nearby stores. Neighborhood was quiet (neighbor has a dog, but the dog only cared when I was coming or going and was otherwise quiet.)

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious and extremely clean. The owner did an amazing job of supplying the house with all the comforts of home. It’s located on a very quiet street. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The location was great. Close access to airport, food Walmart. I was worried about hearing planes but I only ever heard them a couple times and it wasn’t loud. The home was upgraded and very well maintained and cleaned. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
