A large master bedroom with a king sized bed, 46” wall mounted TV, walk in closet, and a large bathroom plus 2 sinks are perfect for long stays. The covered back patio, a gas BBQ grill, an outdoor dining table, and a large grassy backyard provide what you need for outdoor enjoyment. Summary: Lovely home, very nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and pickleball court. The only drawback was a BMX facility on the corner and a school in the backyard. They didn't bother us too much but it was a bit noisy when there was a BMX competition and also when the kids were outside. Seemed like they had a lot of recess time.

Summary: We stayed here the first week of March 2022. The property was exactly as listed. It's obvious this is not just a rental property. It is someone's home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything in the house was great. And having a yard was nice also... being from the Midwest we wanted to me outside as much as possible. The only think I will say is that there is a grill available for use by the renters... but I (we) could not find any utensils you would normally use to grill. Would absolutely recommend this property.
