Summary: Very nice and clean. Modern. Neighborhood was typical Puerto Rico with mix of nice houses and not so nice. But we met several of the local people in the neighborhood and they were very friendly and nice. Never felt in any way threatened. The only negative was the mattress on one bedroom was not very comfortable. M property manager very nice and responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

Summary: Perfect place for our family to stay overnight to catch an early morning ferry. The home was as advertised and super clean. And our host was super helpful and communicative. It was a little hard to find initially. We would recommend using google maps and putting in the coordinates that the host shares with you.

Summary: Loved this house. Plenty of beds for our families. Super clean. Lots of kitchen stuff. A/C in all the rooms. Close to lots of places in Fajardo. 15 min from Ceiba Ferry to Culebra and Vieques. 5 minutes to Walmart and Ralph's Grocery. Neighborhood was quiet. Didn't seem like an updated neighborhood. Some houses looked vacant. Talked to some neighbors as they were super nice. Only negative is the barking dog in the middle of the night. Every night about 1:00 AM until 5-:00 AM there was a barking down in the back. We believe it was the neighbors behind us. It kept us up at night. If you can sleep through the barking dog, this is a clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath worth staying at.
