Positive: We had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa with our three daughters (from france), and our stay was simply extraordinary. It is, without a doubt, the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Bali. The property is magnificent, but what truly makes it exceptional is the staff. Every team member was remarkably kind and professional. Always smiling, attentive, and caring, their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident. We want to extend a special thank you to Simon and Deo, as well as the entire staff (we're sorry we couldn't remember everyone's names) for the high quality of their service and their kindness. We sincerely hope to return very soon. See you again,

Positive: The property was beautiful, well kept and well designed. All amenities were top notch.
Negative: We chose not to put down a deposit and just pay as we go. This was confusing sometimes for staff and we signed one bill to the room and felt like we were notified a bit aggressively that we had “an outstanding bill”.
Summary: 100% recommend and would stay here again.
