The 22 foot south facing lanai sliders can be opened to take advantage of the Gulf breezes, enjoy sunsets and sunrises, or watch the osprey, pelicans, and dolphins play. Residents will appreciate the quiet and privacy that comes with only 2 units per floor, 8 in the building. The condo is elevator served, has one assigned carport space, a 36 foot boat slip, and is just a 5 minute walk across Harbour bridge to the beaches on Gulf Shore Blvd. Upgrades include all new bathrooms, closet systems, LVT and carpet, wet bar with bar refrigerator, recessed LED lighting, ceiling fans, an expansive lanai, plantation shutters and hurricane glass on all openings, new HVAC, water heater, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Commodore is a friendly community of only 46 units with common elements that feature a heated swimming pool, travertine deck and sun bathing area, Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay, chickee with nicely furnished outdoor kitchen, and Weber gas grills. Tenants pay a $100 administrative fee and must complete a Commodore rental application and a $250 cleaning fee upon vacating. MINIMUM LEASE TERM IS 90 DAYS, no smoking or tobacco products allowed, all utilities including WiFi and cable are provided.
