Positive: Great location, very clean. Nice and updated. Quiet.
Negative: The only complaint was an issue we had with the toilet not working correctly on arrival. However, we contacted the maintenance staff on the evening of second day after an overflow and they were prompt, courteous and fixed the problem the first thing the next morning.
Summary: Great condo in a central location to town. Easy to get around with local public transportation. Would definitely stay he

Positive: Kitchen was well outfitted, property backs onto Nottingham Park and is accessible to walk out patio door to park, quick drive to town, big fireplace with firewood, master bath has heating fan which is great for cold mornings.
Negative: The parking is up 2 sets of stairs and a short hill, our Wagoneer did not fit in the covered parking spot (it’s a corner spot) and hauling bags and gear down was a bit slippery, beds and pillows were not comfortable, some minor maintenance is needed and living room was very dusty. TV was also glitching and slow.

Positive: Great location, have amazing amenities. Clean, cozy, great parking, and amazing views. Instructions of the house, location and checkout process very clear. Definitely our first option if we go back to Avon.
Negative: Mattress of the bottom of the bunk bed and extra mattress under the individual bed are hard like a rock. Difficult to sleep in and damage back of the person sleeping in it. They could easily fix it by adding a mattress cover as the ones they have in the op of the bunk bed.

Positive: Amazing house! The fireplace is a delightful, firewood provided, very cozy after a day on the slopes. Additionally, there is a nearby bus service, available every thirty minutes, takes you directly to the ski resort, making access to the slopes incredibly straightforward. This blend of adventure, comfort, and convenience makes the property an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of skiing with all the comforts of home.
Negative: Just small details, it could have been a little bit cleaner in couple of small spots, but overall okay. The mattress was a little soft for my personal preference, but it is perfectly fine and new.

Positive: Well equipped Condo and a warm comfortable place to stay. It was great to be able to start a real fire on chilly evenings. It is right next to a pond and walking path if you need a quiet walk.
Negative: The only negative is that you can hear the condo resident above walk around.
