Positive: The location is right next door to our daughter’s tiny apartment and fun Brady Street. Considering the nooks and crannies of the old apartment, it was reasonably clean.
Negative: There were no top sheets on any of the beds, king of icky to have the blankets right against our skin. We called for some but none were brought over even though we were told they would be. Very frustrating. The floors are not level and the paint is peeling off the bathroom tub.

Positive: Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Pretty much everything needed to cook meals was present. Very nice extra touches like extra fluffy blanket in closet, extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Negative: Neighbors were very noisy upstairs...at one point it sounded like people were actually coming into the apartment, it was that loud at times. One could hear alot of footsteps, doors slamming, someone knocking on or opening doors, and footsteps at all times of the late evening. Not sure the price was the best one for this. Also could not get in right away - door code was not right one and took a moment to get in. Host was not always available beforehand and then only per text. This was ok, but not wonderful.
Summary: Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there again. Great that my dogs were allowed to join

Negative: parking is hit and miss since everyone in the area is street parking only

Positive: I loved the facilities. The bedrooms were excellent and the house was clean and well kept. My only concern was the excessive noise from the upstairs unit.

Positive: The location was excellent. the cookware was also good compared to other places. Some parts were clean (others quite dusty). Nice refreshments in fridge on arrival. Check in was good.
Negative: No blinds on kitchen windows so neighbors can see all the way through. Can't lock one of the kitchen windows. Sensitive smoke alarm goes off with minimal (normal) smoke from cooking. Creaking floors.
Summary: Good, but could be better.
