Summary: Everything was good as advertised. Only issues we had was ability to park in the garage was good but not having a key to enter forced us to always walk around to the front of the building. Watching TV was difficult since none of the apps allowed us to watch general television and we were not able to get any help. So we tended to watch all entertainment from our phones since Wi-Fi was good. We would stay here again but we would bring our own Amazon fire sticks & Rokuโ€™s

Summary: The only reason we booked this VRBO was because of the beautiful pool that was shown in the pictures. In the listing on the page it told me that I could โ€œlounge at the shimmering swimming poolโ€. Well when we got there the pool was under construction. Empty. No tile. I asked the owner if we could leave 2 days early so that I could check my family into a hotel so that we could spend some time at a pool. She stated that if there is โ€œmaintenanceโ€ happening on the pool she didnโ€™t have to refund us because it was in the contract. I believe that she completely advertised, falsely. I understand, cleaning, chemicals, etc, but when itโ€™s down for a period of time it should not be listed as and amenity . We also had a few issues with the home. The microwave wasnโ€™t working. The refrigerator ice maker wasnโ€™t working, there wasnโ€™t a lot of silverware to use, and the bar stool are very rickety and uncomfortable. I told her about the appliances, and I even said she doesnโ€™t need to fix those items while I was there. I wanted to work with her because she stated in the listing that there was, โ€œamazing customer serviceโ€, but when I told about the items she stated that the complex was under new management and the apartment issues were on the list. Well if she wants to continue to rent maybe she should hire someone from outside the complex to make this right. Also the key fob wasnโ€™t working for all the areas (ie. roof top deck), she said, well itโ€™s always worked. Instead of making it right. We actually left an entire day early. Cut our vacation short. It was extremely disappointing. I feel like we were lied to on the listing and when we wanted to work with her on things she wanted no part of it.
