Perfectly located only five miles from the heart of Annapolis, this newly updated, four-story home with great views of Lake Ogleton is perfect for your next family getaway! The neighborhood lends itself to long walks, runs, and bike rides. Explore over two miles of community Bay beaches and watch the wildlife as it passes you by.
Outdoor living is something out of this world. Enjoy three levels of patio and balconies! The lower-level walk-out patio is home to the six-person hot tub, the second-level large deck opens from the living room with lounge chairs and dining for four, and the third-level large balcony opens from the primary bedroom with seating for two. The beautiful in-ground private pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs. The green lawn ends with a cozy firepit area for evening S'mores and storytelling. Take advantage of the poolside built-in grill available for warm-weather barbecues with your loved ones.
There are many areas to enjoy family time or sneak away to enjoy a book waterside. An extra-large waterside living room with a fireplace opens out to the large, main floor deck. The living room features large, comfy couches and digital projection TV for a comfy family movie night. A large rec room with a wet bar and seating opens to the waterside patio, where you can find the hot tub and grill, and venture out to the yard. On the lower level, the in-law suite has a cozy and warm sitting room. A great spot to hide with a good book - feel free to read historical novels from the homeowners' private library.
The spacious kitchen is complete with plenty of storage and fully equipped with amenities. You will never say 'there are too many cooks' in this kitchen! Granite countertops all around, ending at a large kitchen bar with stools plus a table and chairs for four. The open dining room with an extra-large table offers enough seating for your full family. Or you might as well dine alfresco on the back deck with a table and chairs seating for four. All in all, this home has stellar interior and exterior entertaining space for your family gatherings.

Summary: This was a great vacation house for the extended family. Plenty of hang out together space inside and outside. The house was very clean and comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. We recommend this property as a great getaway, and we would love to vacation there again.

Summary: The house is large enough to accommodate each family unit without being on top of one another. The pool, the hot tub, the dock, the Blackstone griddle. The air conditioning is superb.

Summary: Being close to Annapolis was such a plus – we could go into town for lunch & dinner, rent boats just to add to the overall week of activities. The kids loved the crabbing off the dock while adults loved the main floor deck, peace and quiet, the water views, and the beautiful private pool and spa. The outdoor barbecue allowed us to cook some wonderful meals. The kitchen is extensively equipped with KitchenAid mixer, Ninja blender, several toasters, air fryer, coffee makers and so much more. Furnishings are a bit tired but everything is clean & comfortable.

Summary: Our week in Annapolis was filled with day trips to town to DC add to Kent Island. We were out of the house every day for hours on end, but we were grateful for a lovely home to return to every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and there was plenty of space to relax together as a family of 10 during the evenings. There were bedrooms on every floor, giving each of us space to ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The house really needs some updating. Our deck off the master bedroom had three chairs and everyone of them were broken. House was not worth $12,000 a week.
