This lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bath home renovated in 2017 is now even more enchanting with the recent completion of its spacious backyard oasis following the total redesign/remodeling of all outdoor areas. The creatively inspired new yard features a 20’ x 40’ large heated pool, lush landscaping, stone walls and attractive fencing, beautiful hardscaping on pool terrace and patio, new second floor deck(great sunsets to the west) with new screened porch below looking onto the pool, several outdoor dining areas, new natural gas grill, plenty of teak and wrought iron furniture, pool and lounge chairs. The variety of both outdoor and indoor living spaces affords many areas for family fun while offering tranquil respite for those seeking quiet time.
This energy-efficient home is gas-driven and has a two-zone Central Air Conditioning System, as well as newly installed “hot water on demand” which ensures the continuous comfort of all guests and no cold showers!
The house sits on a half-acre in Hampton Bays on a private dirt road within 1 block of a Tiana Bay boat ramp and 3 blocks of a quiet sandy Tiana Bay beach (great for small children, launching kayaks, and enjoying beach sunsets).

Enter the Main Floor through Front Door or via side deck to a modern bright open living room w/cathedral ceiling, a double-sided fireplace, kitchen with butcher block island and a light-filled dining area(seats 8) with sliders to new deck. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms (each with large closet) complete the main level

Summary: What a fantastic house for a quiet vacation in the Hamptons. The pool was wonderful, and the bay was just a few short blocks away - and quiet! Mostly it was just us, and the water was perfect for our smaller kids. The ocean was just a short drive, and lovely as well. The house was quiet and roomy, and we never felt on top of each other. Pat and Ann were welcoming and responsive to our requests and removed any worries we may have had. Everything was fantastic. You'll love it.

Summary: After many, many months of isolation, our family came together at this wonderful property for a week of relaxation and fun. The house exceeded our expectations. It is very well appointed, a great location and our host could not be any more cordial. Our grandsons loved the nearby beaches, hunting for horseshoe crabs, minnows and swans. The ocean beach was fabulous and the pool at the house was incredible. We felt so lucky! Thank you for sharing your house with us, we went home rejuvenated.

Summary: Our second straight year, and the house was great once again. Very clean, which is so important this year of course. We enjoyed the screened-in porch more this year, and the pool was relaxing and fun again. No issues with the beaches during the week. As a visitor, be there by noon to be sure to get on.

Summary: Spacious house and backyard pool. Two kitchens a plus. Child alarms alerting you when a little one is headed out is a great feature. First floor two full bathrooms is a nice set up. Great for a small or large group. Easy access to beaches, stores, restaurants. Quiet street is relaxing and safe.
