Welcome to Stay at Duncan in Shepparton. Our house has been completely renovated both inside and out, and is situated in a quite street in the heart of the medical precinct only minute's stroll to both G.V. Health and the Shepparton Private Hospitals.
The CBD, IGA Supermarket and Shepparton Sports Precinct , which include Soccer, Basketball , BMX, Athletics, Cycling, Tennis, Netball and Hockey are all only minutes away.
For your comfort we provide a fully furnished house, outside security cameras, secure lock-up 2 car garage, undercover alfresco area with outside TV, BBQ and a fully fenced backyard.
All your needs will be taken care of with free high speed internet, 65 inch smart TV with built in apps like Netflix and luxurious beds with hotel quality linen and plush towels.
While quests have access to the entire house, the advertised rate per night is for the 1st and 2nd guest. Additional guests are at an extra cost per night. Only bedrooms booked will be unlocked for your stay.
Any damage to the property or furnishings will result in the replacement value being deducted from the bond.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay, house had everything we needed and more! Very clean and well looked after, would definitely recommend, this place. Location was great and quiet. We had a great weekend catching up with family and are coming back again. The only thing I would maybe suggest is a TV in the Master bedroom. Thank you Lisa you were a great host!
