The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Summary: This house was very clean. Recently remodeled and very comfortable. Good location in an older neighborhood. I really appreciated that it was dog friendly, but the yard is not completely fenced. Other than that I have zero complaints.

Summary: The sofa and bed were comfortable, streaming on the TV worked - AC was easy to adjust and worked quickly. You do need to bring shampoo & conditioner, but plenty of pots and pans for cooking. No crazy asks for check out. The fence is broken, so it was a little challenging with the pups. Otherwise, great house. We won't be back to Wichita Falls, but I would use Vacasa again.

Summary: We were in town for an Air Force Jet Pilot Pinning, so we were not in the house for a long period of time, but everything was super clean and ample supplies were available. We truly appreciated the ability to bring our dog. It’s a great house and had a great yard. We would use it again if we returned.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this little house was just perfect for our stay very updated and comfortable.the only thing i would say is the cleaner i guess left toliet rim dirty but no biggy we cleaned and food left in bathroom cookies and a coke again no biggy because the rest of the home made up for it they did a great job on updates and very comfortable.We did incounter one issue of someone trying apparently to get in in the night but we had chain on door because we woke up to door open with dead bolt out still unless maybe the ring lock malfuntioned but all in all we were safe and had a great time wouldnt hesitate to rent this one again
