Summary: We have stayed in the building before and know it's aging. Lack of parking due to construction materials. Basement units hallway under construction. Mattresses in the unit were the worst we've ever had especially the bedroom. Dishwasher didn't work. Kitchen cooking supplies lacking. Location is perfect. Per friendly and price are the main reasons we stayed there.

Summary: Walking distance to downtown. A brook 15 yards behind the condo. Perfect for a couple. Or with a couple kids on a short stay. It's dated, but was clean. The price justified a quick get away. We cooked and grilled half our meals. You'll need charcoal for the grills. Wifi reached the picnic tables outside (we worked in the mornings). And the bed mattress needs updating as stated in other reviews. As expected. We'll do it again.
