This level includes a bunk room with four full beds, offering a fun and practical sleeping arrangement for kids or teens. Nearby, a private king bedroom provides a more peaceful retreat. A full bathroom is conveniently located off the lower living area to serve both rooms and any guests enjoying the downstairs common space.
Head upstairs to the main floor and you’ll find the heart of the home. A spacious kitchen flows into a dining area large enough for shared meals, game nights, or casual mornings with coffee. The pond is swimmable and a peaceful place to cool off in the summer—just keep in mind it’s swim at your own risk, and there is no fence around the pond, so please keep an eye on children at all times.
