*Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

Summary: We had a great day unfortunately there were some cockroaches on the main floors that kind of grossed us out. Also, there’s a big gap between where we stayed in the hallway, which made it quite loud and the light would drifting. We also worry about the cockroaches coming in because of that gap.

Summary: We have stayed at this condo more than once and we will continue to do so. We love it. It’s very clean, cozy, and has everything you need. I saw a few comments regarding toilet paper - yes you only get two rolls… but the store in the village sells single rolls or just take an extra from home to be safe. The shower is great! The beds are comfortable. Directly by the pool, which we enjoyed. Walking distance to Alys beach and Rosemary is right next door. Highly recommend!

Summary: the room and location were nice but the AC stopped the first night and when I told the owner they brought some fans but that did not really help. Also, no stove or oven to cook meals on which was unexpected since the ad said kitchen.

Summary: This was perfect for our family of 4. We rented bikes and walked or biked to everywhere we went. Short walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend this place.

Summary: The rental looks beautiful as the pictures show. There is no cooktop or stove but the toaster oven and microwave are nice. The kitchen sink is small, it holds 4 glasses before it is full. The apartment appears clean and neat but my white socks were fairly dirty after walking across the floor. The beds are super comfortable. My only feedback to the rental company is to provide more than the two small 'starter rolls' of toilet paper. Perhaps they could save on the dishwasher pods (there is no dishwasher there) and instead provide additional toilet paper. I would prefer to pay a few extra bucks and not have to worry about buying or packing toilet paper on my vacation. The location was perfect for us and I would stay there again.
