Summary: We absolutely loved staying at this very clean and well maintained home. newly renovated, lovely big kitchen and very comfortable accommodations. The yard and patio are lovely and the best part is the awesome beach in front which is perfect for swimming and long walks. Robbin was fantastic and very helpful and responsive !! Can’t wait to return. Thank you !!!

Summary: My family and I loved staying on their bay front property. We loved the access to the beach, the space of the house and the close vicinity into town. We hope to stay at the house again.

Summary: Staying at this property was an absolute dream! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is immaculate, and the backyard and view is beyond! Just steps away from a quiet, private beach. Beautiful sunsets, perfect place to have a drink with friends. Kitchen is fully stocked and up to date. Rooms and bathrooms are updated and beautiful. We only stayed a weekend but I could easily have stayed a week or more in this house! Communication with Peter the property manager was easy. He was super responsive with his texts and emails. Check in was easy. I can’t say enough good things about this property. My friends and I already want to book for next summer !!! Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!!

Summary: My husband and I rented this house for my daughter and her seven friends. All eight girls are Graduating this year. This trip has made life long memories for these girls. Peter was absolutely amazing, even weeks before our arrival. He was communicating with us to make sure everything went smoothly. He was very flexible went it came time for our Sunday bbq. When I asked if some of the girls parents could come to the bbq. His reply was (I want your family and the girls to have the best experience). The location of house is so beautiful. The sunsets are amazing!! They actually make you question if they are real or not. The house itself is awesome, the kitchen is new and beautiful, it has double of everything that you’ll need. The house is well stocked with every type of linen you could ever think of. Omg!!! The Master Suite with the brand new on suite bathroom is amazing!! The build-in closet is to die for. Peter- thank you for making this the best weekend for these girls. Looking forward to next time

Summary: Everything was perfect, if anything it was better than listing. We were visiting for a adult family reunion. The outside seating was the perfect place to enjoy sundowners and a fabulous sunset. Manager couldn’t have been more helpful, and dropped us a couple of messages during stay to check that all was well and we didn’t need help All in all the perfect vacation. We look forward to returning

Summary: The pictures of this house definitely sold us however like most people we were very anxious in spending the money and hoping for the best. We felt pretty good in the days leading up to our booking b/c the property manager kept email contact with us and offered us great information and ideas. He really asked us good questions so that when he made a recommendation it was really tailored to what we like. I have to tell you that this was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VACATION we have had yet and we have been to alot of places. The house definitely is in one of the best locations on a quiet street and does have one of the best views of the bay. We found we could walk to the village or venture out on day trips to vineyards and the ocean with little travel involved. The house was what we would call comfortable. It's not a designer home where you will be scared to touch a wall, it's a quiet. deceptively large, clean house w/ plenty of room and amenities. There are over 6 TV's in the house, hi-def and w/ Netflix. The long range wi-fi worked on the BEACH!!!! There was nothing better. We enjoyed the evenings and preferred to stay at home, grill and have wine on the deck,. Peferct sunsets and great nites. We will most definitely go back and are in the process of scheduling an annual stay as they offer a great discount for returning guests. They really like for families to enjoy themselves and now our kids can't wait to go back as well.

Summary: This house has no central air conditioning. Being inside the house on a warm summer day is like being in a sauna; if you want a respite from the summer sun, you don't go inside the house, but rather go into town and find an air conditioned returant or bar to camp out in. The stifling heat inside the house continues well into the night, making it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep in. The owner needs to install central AC, which would probably cost no more than the asked for weekly rental fee of $6,500, and would result in more repeat customers and occupancy a greater percentage of the time, therby quickly returning the cost to the owner.
