The house is ideally oriented towards the east and towards the magnificent Luberon mountain. It is completely independent without being isolated.

The town of Apt is 4 km away; it is famous for its Saturday morning market. There are all the shops, all the services. Avignon is 50 km, Marseille 85 km.
This house can accommodate 8 people in good conditions. It has been completely renovated recently; it is thermally well insulated
ON THE FIRST LEVEL, there are 6 rooms, each with a view of the Luberon:
- A large living-dining room, 5 windows and a door leading to a small fountain and an open-air terrace, under a pergola, ideal for meals. (Living room with large screen TV, HiFi system, solid wood furniture, leather sofas...).
- Three independent rooms, thus equipped:
-The first of a double bed 160 cm, a large wardrobe, a closet and a discreet sink
-The second of a double bed 140 cm and a dressing table
-The third of 3 beds in 90, including two bunk beds and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with spacious shower, sink, cupboard and wc.
- A modern and large kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, coffee maker, toaster ... Plenty of dishes and cookware.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR are:
-An outdoor dining room (barbecue, plancha, water, gas ...) under an arbor
-Two vaulted pieces, partly cut in the rock, therefore temperate. One has a bed and a desk; the other is a small living room.
-A room near the swimming pool, with double bed 140, shower corner + sink
-A round and secure POOL, 5 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep, very sunny, isolated from all eyes, fully fenced and secure.
-Garden furniture, cushions, Ping Pong, swing….
-Laundry room with washing machine.
-Sheets are provided
- For young children: cot and high chair.
With the exception of the months of July & August, the couple of owners can live, very discreetly, a few nights of the week in their independent accommodation on the ground floor.
