Positive: The location is perfect, the balcony is big.
Negative: maybe a bit noisy sometimes, but you can close the windows due to air conditioning. The kitchen could be more equipped. The parking lot is really tight for big cars.

Positive: Excellent location and accomodation. A large terrace with partial sea view (depending on the floor). Clean, tidy, air-conditioned (our room, at least). The kitchen is adequately equipped. The fridge and AC unit are new or relatively new. The beach is 50-100 m in one direction, and the main street is at the same distance in opposite direction. Despite the proximity to a busy street, it is quiet and pleasant in the evening. Highly recommended.
Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were too thin an soft, causing pain in the back and muscles. On top of that, they were placed on slatted frame that creaked loudly with every movement. We had to put pillows below mattress to make it bearable. Too bad. Otherwise, the accomodation was excellent.

Negative: Dark and small room; parking slots for small cars; elevator with a sign that may not work; if you sit on the balcony, you can see just the sky and the top part of the neighbourhoods; there is nothing to wash dishes and wipe the table with, I had to buy everything

Positive: Good location with sea view, close to the beach and the restaurants. Spacious bathrooms and a big enough balcony.
Negative: You have to pay for cleaning and to change the towels.
Summary: A good place to stay, we will go back.

Positive: Location is very good, right near the beach, quite at night, walking, distance to the stores and restaurants, private parking, assigned umbrella and benches in the beach, a staff in a hotel, around 30 metres, is very friendly and speaks English well
Negative: Would be good to have more items in the kitchen: paper towels, dish soap, matches to light a stove, salt and pepper

Positive: The room was spacious enough for me, my wife and our child. Excellent location close to the beach, with comfortable beach chairs at the beach and beach umbrella, which was provided by the flat. Around the corner from the main street, where there's a variety of restaurants.
Negative: The staff could have showed us a bit more at the check in. How everything works in the flat. The lady just gave us the key and showed us our parking spot. The bed was not comfortable at all, and it made a lot of noises. The bed needs to be replace.
Summary: Excellent location close to the beach. Suitable for a family with young kids.
