Positive: Loved, loved, loved this place. With a family of five its a perfect location. There is a pool, trampoline, ping pong tables, small gym plus a small bar serving breakfast. Our villa had an amazing view of the ocean, starry nights and colorful sunrises. Arielle and the staff were warm, welcoming and super accommodating. We arrived late due to mountain traffic while crossing the island. Arielle stayed in contact and kindly attended to us on arrival. The residence is about 10-15min walk to the beach. This is wonderful because beaches fill up fast and parking can get complicated. As we soon learned, all the beaches in Corsica offer spectacular experiences. Saving a drive and parking when you have young children is priceless. Thank you for the memories.

Negative: Families need good doors between rooms. There was no door for one bathroom, one bedroom door doesn't close, one has too much spacing from the wall and all were too thin.

Positive: Proximity to Canella beach is great, the pool was nice, and the terrace of the villa was great for a drink/meal in the evening. Good air conditioning for the hot days and easy parking.
Negative: The property is just off the main road, so there is always the sound of cars. It's not particularly disturbing, but it's not quiet. The facilities feel a bit worn and could use some maintenance and upgrades. The beds were very soft, so they were not the most comfortable for us.
