Positive: Beautiful properly. Villa was STUNNING. Traditional Moroccan vibes , spotlessly clean . Stunning views from the rooftop terrace and an oasis of peace and calm. We visited from Ireland to celebrate my friends special birthday and loved this place. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff are extremely helpful. Beautiful , clean huge swimming pool. They have a driver that you can call to take you into the city and pick you up when finished , it’s about a 15 minute drive. A beautiful oasis of calm to return to after a day in the city. The girls in the spa were so nice and friendly and we had the Hamamm massages . Loved this place.
Negative: We visited in March and it was early in the season and extremely quiet with not many guests on site so did slightly lack atmosphere. That being said, it didn’t really bother us as we were doing our own thing anyway but don’t expect lively nightlife on site. It may be different at different times of the season so maybe enquire beforehand. It was also Ramadan so this may have had an impact.
Summary: Amazing stay, would definitely return and would love this as a base to explore Marrakesh more. Extremely helpful staff i

Positive: > Sofia at the ksar restaurant was very professional, kind and funny. Her sunny smile and hospitality pictured this wonderful place > The place is wonderful and quiet, traditional with modern twist covered with the shades of marrakech (red) and colored with diverse vegetation.
Negative: > The heating wasn't working at the extent a technician gave us a portable one that couldn't cover the living room. > No stand mirror into the rooms (we needed to move the one from the living room) > The sinks did not drain water smoothly > The toilet bowl was not properly secured

Positive: Beautiful resort with large villas in extensive gardens. We stayed in one of the rooms beside the restaurant - lovely large room with our own little terrace. Very peaceful sitting outside the restaurant beside the pool for our evening meal.
Negative: A little difficult to find as we arrived just after dark and were unsure if we were on the right track.
