Positive: Short walk to the real estate office to pick up the keys. They can drive you back up to the property if needed. The space of the apartment absolutely blew me away. Great kitchen and they have all the appliances you would need to make some home meals. Great Wifi. Small balcony attached that overlooks the path between the W Hotel ski exit and Medrán. Location is superb, you won't find anything better. It's literally next to Medrán. 2mins from apartment door to lift escalator.
Negative: Somewhat of a walk to central Verbier but there are shuttles if you prefer dining out or if you do a lot of aprés. Would not recommend for 4 people. I think 2 people is perfect for this apartment. It would be hard for 4 people to share one bathroom, I think.
Summary: Perfect location next to Medrán. Great value and exceeded expectations.

Positive: Ideal for Skiing, closer to Medran ski lift is not possible, just 25m from door to lift! Super clean upon arrival, functional for up to 4 people. Good price for Verbier.
Negative: a bit oldfashioned furniture and bathroom, no dishwasher.

Positive: Literally next to the Medran Lift. Although it was above a restaurant and a busy area, we didn't get disturbed at night. Well equipped kitchen.
Negative: The bathroom is dated and the shower is a mixer above the bath, which was awkward.

Positive: We loved the location next to the ski lift and in the center of the village. Not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. Nice balcony with afternoon sun.
Negative: The only thing we were missing was a ski boot dryer rack.
