Summary: The hotel is ideally situated, not far from the beach. There is also a great pool which the entire family enjoyed. We had a magnificent veranda offering panoramic views.The staff were quite friendly and spoke English. The only drawback was that the breakfast of offer was quite minimal, but given that the room was selfcatered this was not a major problem.

Summary: I was with some friends visiting places of Italy on the motorbikes. So we found this hotel not expensive and covering our needs. We booked for 2 nights but we ended staying 3. Lovely pool, lovely staff, overall a nice place.

Summary: Overall, very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the location is very convenient to Borgio Varezzi and Pietra. The free bikes was a nice plus. The rooms were old but many were in the process of renovation. There is no internet in the rooms, which I had mistakenly thought there would be.

Summary: We stayed here for two nights in early June for a quick beach break on our way to a wedding. The receptionist was very welcoming and quickly sorted our room. We had a large studio room with a terrace looking out to sea. The residence also has a little restaurant and a large swimming pool which were great to have on site. It's a 5min walk to the beach and 15 to the main part if town. All in all a great value place to be.
