Negative: 1st night, we found some not so pleasant folks that were staying there. Loud and obnoxious. They left day 2. It's like a totally different place.

Positive: I was super happy with customer service and when I went to the room it was spotless and updated and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't use the pool or gym or have breakfast but grabbed a cup of fresh hot coffee and looked over a great variety of breakfast items. I can't rave enough about the employees.
Negative: Wish my stay had been longer!
Summary: I am thrilled with my choice. Residence Inn is now at top of my list.

Positive: Mostly excellent breakfast buffet. On the weekend however the buffet was oversubscribed. Several items were not refilled in a timely fashion and they ran out of plates.

Positive: EGGS WERE STONE COLD AT BREAKFAST AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE A MICROWAVE TO HEAT THEM UP. BAR WAS CLOSED WHEN WE STAYED THERE - ONLY OPENED THREE DAYS A WEEK. THERE WAS A STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL IN THE ROOM THAT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID WAS NORMAL. WE HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOWS. WE ORDERED A MURPHY BED AND THEY JUST DROPPED IT OFF AT THE ROOM DIDN'T SET IT UP OR MAKE IT. SMOKING SECTION WAS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE MOTEL - IT STUNK OUT THERE!
Negative: STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS OKAY SIZE WISE BUT THE BATHTUB WAS EXTREMELY DATED (BORDERLINE GROSS)AND THERE WAS NO WASTEBASKET IN THE VANITY AREA? HAD TO USE THE ONE IN THE KITCHENETTE. I WAS AN EXTREMELY AVERAGE PLACE
