Summary: The hotel feels new. One very good lady on front desk others not tuned in. Location of the hotel looks run down with alot of homeless people around the hotel. Too far out from the city aswell. Breakfast very basic. Coffee ran out alot. Stayed at residence inn alot but would not stay here again

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay again. It was clean, had useful amenities (full kitchen, breakfast included, decent gym) and we found free street parking in a reasonably safe location nearby! The surrounding area was not so safe at night but was OK by day. Ruggles Orange T stop was convenient and a 15-20 minute walk in another direction enabled us to dine at interesting and good places.

Summary: Front desk & parking staff were friendly and efficient. I wish I was told that housekeeping was every 2 day. I was not. Also had a very noisy neighbor above us who may have had kids as there was very heavy walking , more like jumping after 11 PM. Do not like the area. A food desert for places close to by lunch or dinner. Also parking at over $60 per day is outrageous.

Summary: Very clean. Stayed for a week. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Airy bfaat room with lots of light. Room refresh every two days really only inlcuded taking dirty towels and tossing new ones on the counter in bathroom. Have to ask for more dish soap and bathroom tissue/soap if needed. Will stay again as kitchenette super convenient. Parking very expensive, but in line with other big city hotels. Close to piblic transport so no car needed.

Summary: The room was clean and in good condition. However, the service was terrible. The hotel employees, particularly those at reception, were unhelpful. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I requested a late checkout the day before, but I didn't receive a response until a couple of hours before the original checkout time. Ultimately, I had to check out without an extension. The rear entrance near the bus station was out of order and has never been repaired. This was very inconvenient.
