Summary: Housekeeping ran out of soap so there was no bar soap to use at the sink. Breakfast had labels for several items with nothing in those areas, a rather dim display. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the facility was clean. The lack of supplies results in my lower rating overall.

Summary: Outdated rooms. Horrible sofa bed. Good size unit. Good location. Ok pool. Good breakfast.

Summary: Quiet and comfortable with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I brought my dog with me and they gave me a first floor room next to an exit which made walking my dog easier (not having to always go through the lobby).

Summary: I reserved and paid for a fireplace. I did not get one. The hotel refused to refund me. The breakfast buffet ran our of oatmeal. I asked the cook if she could put out more. She did and closed and locked the doors in my face.

Summary: At times the front desk seemed a bit disjointed. We added an extra night and that got screwed up for all 3 rooms

Summary: NOT Clean Floors/Carpet needs Vacuum and clean. The Trash Cans on the main floor where Continental Breakfast is held needs to be wiped. The Covers on the Bed had some spots and should have not been placed on the beds. We have to do better.

Summary: Breakfast was fair, only cleaned the room every other day but didn’t tell us that ahead of time, bathroom sink didn’t drain, worked on pool outside our windows at 6 am and woke us up.
