Summary: Great stay at the Residence Inn Grand Rapids Downtown! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and having a kitchen was a big plus. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was very good. Parking is across the street and there’s a little downtown noise, but nothing major. Overall, a fantastic place to stay — I’d definitely come back!

Summary: The only problem was the pool. It was freezing. Everyone wa a in it for 15 mina then they would leave. Even kids thought it was cold. This was the main reason we booked this hotel so we could swim inside. So we were disappointed

Summary: We had issues with the WiFi. WiFi was weak with sporadic access when we were in the lobby of the hotel. Otherwise, this was a great downtown location and very walkable to many points of interest.

Summary: The hotel seemed very clean. The beds were comfortable . Parking per night was expensive but we expected that. It was very loud at night with street traffic.

Summary: Amenities were nice. Suite was advertised as having 3 queen beds and a sofa bed however room only had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed not a huge deal but it didn't change the price of anything. Air conditioning did not cool the room well during the day. Amenities and location were nice.

Summary: I went with family for a concert at Van Andel arena, everything was great. The room was awesome and the breakfast was good both mornings. Convenient to lots of little shops and the arena was right there. Will stay again if in town
