Summary: The hotel is very dated. The grounds were not very well maintained, the room was old looking and the lobby area was cluttered and sloppy. When I arrived, I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to check in.

Summary: Everything was great with the exception of the associates that helped me check in. He had no customer service skills or people skills which dampened the experience.

Summary: Nice place. Staff were ALL pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. That said, there are some long -term maintenance issues. The carpet in our room was badly frayed at the doors at entry and the bathroom. Some exterior window sills between breakfast dining area and the pool had serious wood rot. Even though our room was thoroughly vacuumed, bottoms of my bare feet were dirtier than if I'd walked barefoot in the grass/dirt outside. The carpet was just worn out. Again, all told we'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: Was looking for a pet friendly larger hotel. Glad we chose this one. Outdoor entrance to the rooms worked well with not having the doors slam and startle the dogs. Overall good place for the price.

Summary: Not up to Marriott standards. No ice glasses all in dishwasher. Only two. Broken mirror. Stairs looked like they going to fall down. Needs complete facelift. Everything was dated

Summary: Overall very good. Roomy, clean, simple. Wish there was at least a pocket door between bed and bathroom area, and that the light from exterior hall going through blinds over kitchen sink didn't also go straight over the bed.

Summary: Property is located in a good spot. However the room was in rough shape. Had bugs in them and had to be moved rooms in the middle of the night. Staff was helpful during that chaos.

Summary: The hotel is close to a nice new sidewalk. The property needs some TLC when you enter the building to check-in. The room for breakfast looks updated. The pool area and basketball court look nice. Our room needed some attention to details in cleaning the bathroom. There was hair in the shower drain and the toilet needed cleaning.
