Summary: Family came in from out of town for a funeral. It would have been a long drive so we booked the residence and it was seven minutes away from where the services were going to be. The breakfast in the morning is excellent.

Summary: We went to drop off our daughter to the University and we stayed to be close to the CSULB campus. We enjoyed the spacious room and the continental breakfast provided. The hotel overall was well maintain and staff was very friendly. We will definitely recommend and we will come back again!

Summary: I have to start with the staff , night staff , day staff , front staff , back staff , they were all friendly , helpful and professional… Modt importantly everybody looked happy .. Rooms were clean , spacious and comfortable.. Location works great for us .. Great stay every time!! 👍👍👍

Summary: Our stay was great, very spacious and comfortable. Very accommodating for our small families needs. I would just recommend maybe adding a few more convenient needs. Such as paper towels, make-up wipes.. small things like that are great when provided.

Summary: Basic and disappointing for a Marriott. Booked & paid for a king, got a queen, was told this was because they are "ADA compliant." Seems like bait & switch. Bathroom door stuck so hard you had to shoulder check it to open and made an awful sound, bathroom not cleaned properly- found hair and an old used, dried out soap bar on the tub. Pool area clean, but no pool towels available and the hottub jets broken. We told a maintenence person, who said they'd look into it, but got a radio call and had to leave, problem not resolved. Returned after our event that night and a large, loud group was protesting the large police presence staying at the property. Asked front desk staff if this was normal for the area, staff responded, "no comment, they have the right to privacy." Hot breakfast options were very nice and the breakfast staff were friendly and keeping the area well stocked.

Summary: I always stay in the Residence Inn when I travel back. I enjoy the kitchen and dishwasher. Staff have been very helpful and prompt. My rare issues have been quickly addressed and I appreciate the convince of parking outside my room. Just know that one of the pool doors accepts cards, the other does not. My room key has never opened one specific pool door. I haven't been to the gym yet to see how that works.

Summary: This is my second time staying here. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and everything in the room we're functional. If you need to go to the store or grab a bite to eat, iris close by Definitely my go to place to stay
