Summary: Jeri at the front desk was the absolute best. I arrived late and was very tired and cranky and she turned me around immediately. She was so kind and cheerful and changed my mood the minute she started to speak.

Summary: Quick stay prior to flight. Basically ok and clean, but there was some ‘aging’ on multiple fixtures, loose faucet, etc

Summary: Air conditioning in our room did not work all night on an extremely hot100F day. Front desk ( evening / night shift) was non cooperative and unprofessional and made it sound like it was normal for this property. Horrible experience for us . There are plenty of airport hotels in that area so stay away from this one.

Summary: Property was nice but room could use a bit of an upgrade. One light was burnt out and door lock would stick so shutting door was challenging sometimes. Other than that, staff was great and breakfast was good.

Summary: Very nice and friendly staff. No hot tub which was a bummer. Pull out couch is very uncomfortable but the queen bed was good. Our friend’s heater broke so had to move rooms and popcorn ceilings.
