Summary: We had a fantastic three-week stay at this hotel with our service dog, and we highly recommend it, especially for long stays. We booked a studio room, which was very convenient and well-equipped. The kitchen appliances met all our needs, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable, and we always had hot water, which was a big plus. The housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The front desk team was just as welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our service dog felt completely comfortable here, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating toward him, which made us feel truly welcome. Another great perk is the location—plenty of dining and shopping options within a 10-minute radius. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating long-term stay!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay there. What had me frustrated is that before checking in I had told the staff member that I have a Expedia reservation number and she acknowledged it and then proceeded to double charged me for the room. I did not realize till later that night and I had to have another staff member reverse the charge. Other than that I had a great stay.

Summary: I was not happy that i was not told about the pool being perminately closed. It was one of the reasons that i chose this hotel. The breakfast was lacking, i wish there were some better choices and it was not stocked rapidly as the items were running out. Besides that, everything was fine.. nice hotel, would stay again
