Summary: The hotel was clean. Bathroom was slightly worn out though. The fan was very loud and towel hanger fell from the wall. The kitchenette was very well equipped. Breakfast selection was very limited.

Summary: This is a beautiful place to stay while in Toronto. Our room was gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. The motel is in the city center so within walking distance to all the attractions. They were nice enough to hold our bags after we checked out so we didn't have to walk around with them waiting for our departure. I woukd definitely stay here again.

Summary: Fantastic location — just a short walk to the CN Tower. Breakfast lacked green veggies or salads, but there were apples, oranges, tasty grain bagels, and daily eggs. The small kitchen was perfect for simple meals. JC Foodlane is right around the corner. Rabba Fine Foods (5 min) sells fresh, ready-to-eat salad bowls. For great meat to grill, Mike’s City Market is about a 10-minute walk. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. They suggested one person sleep on the sofa, but we added an extra bed so three of us could sleep comfortably. Slippers were not provided initially, but the housekeeping staff kindly brought them when we asked. One of three elevators was still out of order. Note: the one-bedroom suite and studio cannot be connected.

Summary: The staff were friendly but the hotel needs help. Our room was not clean. There was left over fecal/vomit on the outside bottom of the toilet between the bathtub and toilet from a previous guest we assume We found a open bottle of alcohol in the closet behind the ironing board (so understandable it was missed?) and overall the hotel is worn out. We informed the front desk of the issues and they sent someone right away to deal with it at 9:15pm. Then they followed up with a gift of potato chips, candy bar, and an ice tea with an apology note. I appreciate the effort but they brought the apology at 10:45 pm after we were asleep. They knocked on the door until we answered waking my kid. The air conditioning didn't work for the first 2 days (Toronto was having a heat wave) and we were told it was a city wide issue but we had other family staying at a hotel just a block away with no issues with air. The hotel is still running on only 2 elevators. But we had read the reviews stating the wait time with elevators was a problem so we were prepared for that issue. The bedding seemed clean, but I would not stay here again.
