Summary: I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent 2-night stay at your hotel. While we had looked forward to a comfortable and enjoyable experience, several issues during check-in and in our assigned room have left us dissatisfied. We had specifically requested a high-floor room; however, when we arrived at approximately 8:00 PM, the front desk assigned us a room on the first floor. This was especially concerning as we witnessed the guest who checked in immediately before us being provided a room on a higher floor, which suggests that our request was either overlooked or disregarded. Furthermore, at the check-in desk, I noticed a printed list of available rooms. The left-hand column appeared to be marked or allocated, while the right-hand side showed no such markings—implying that there were still unassigned rooms available. Despite this observation, we were told that no higher-floor rooms were open. This inconsistency felt misleading. If our request could not be accommodated, a courtesy notification or explanation would have been greatly appreciated. Open communication, even if the request cannot be fulfilled, is always preferable to having it ignored or dismissed. Additionally, the level of service provided felt inconsistent. The guest before us received a full orientation regarding breakfast, Wi-Fi, gym, and swimming pool access. In contrast, none of this information was offered to us until we specifically asked.

Summary: Common areas of the hotel were too hot. Especially the breakfast room. Asked staff to turn the air conditioning temperature down but got no results.

Summary: Staff at the front desk were not as friendly as in past years. Everyone in our group complained of the type of heating and cooling they have as the fan turns on and off a lot throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff extremely friendly and always treated us with a smile and a hello. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly

Summary: I like the spacious room and was extremely impressed at how clean it was and everything including the kitchen (it was as if I was home!), the living room area and the size of the desk. The bathroom was impressive. I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed and the blinds were a nice touch. I really enjoyed that it wasn’t too far from anything that I needed as well as the highway. What I didn’t like: the fact that they didn’t want to give me water when I asked for it on my last night (meanwhile I noticed a mountain of cases of water behind them), the noticeable plate with the dried food and used cutlery that was on top of the garbage can in the ice machine room from my arrival on Thursday until the minute I checked out on Saturday morning, being told when I checked in that I would not have access to housekeeping services during my whole stay - I was instructed to let anyone know if I needed towels.
