Summary: The rooms has no heat it was so cold both rooms they changed me from one and put me in another and it was the same thing cold . I wasn’t happy.

Summary: Everything was wonderful. I usually stay at Holiday Inn because I’m guaranteed a good experience but this time, it was way too expensive. So I stayed at Residence! It was amazing — clean, courteous staff and a quick check in. From now on, Residence Inn is my hotel of choice. Thank you.

Summary: The pullout couch was the most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had!!! I will not stay again if that is my only option.

Summary: AVOID I had a guy shouting swear words and banging doors the whole of the second Evening of my stay. Corridors semelles like marijuana. This went on and off for hours and reception did nothing. I felt very unsafe. I found out the next day that this hotel rents rooms to the governement, so basically of you are a business or family traveller you have to cope with behaviour and share facilities with people on govermnent programs. Very shocking for a Marriott, no need to say I’ll never stay there again.
