Summary: When we got there they had not reserved our room. They were remodeling and we stayed in a room with no HVAC. It had 2 space heaters for heat. All of the staff were wonderful and very helpful, but they said that rooms reserved via a third party were not actually confirmed.

Summary: Carpet on room was in rough shape. Sensed something of lack of cleanliness. Kind of a string of something gross around the bath sink. General smell in the hotel was not pleasant. Hallways extremely hot. Smoke detector over bed was flashing a lot all night. Disruptive.
