Positive: The receptionist that checked us in, Z, was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and and had what we needed. The breakfast had a good selection.
Negative: It was not very clean. The pillow that was with the sofa bed bag did not have a pillow case and had yellow stains on it. The sofa bed itself was very uncomfortable. And the bathroom had a dollop of shampoo on he ground left behind by the previous guests.

Negative: My bed was a little hard for my liking and pillows got flat/to soft. Made it work to get decent sleep.
Summary: Amazing location for the con we came for. Highly recommend! Will more likely stay there again!

Negative: The shower was dirty, I had to request assistance with AC and 2 rooms stayed too hot, the kitchen light never worked and there was hair in shower that was not ours. Had I noticed this last aspect before I went to shower at bedtime I would have requested a new room but it was too late.
