Positive: The breakfast variety and indoor and outdoor pool cleaniess was superb. 👌
Negative: Parking wasn't free, and county tax was charged. i wasn't aware of hidden fees. Also, there wasn't too much staff available. HOWEVER, the staff was polite and made work at our stay accommodation. I asked for Five towel, and the staff came quick.

Positive: The location was right off the highway and didn't take long for us to get to food and shopping in the area. Although a lot of commercial trucking and train station was in the area.
Negative: I think the breakfast could have been way more better. I have stayed at a lot of Residence Inn and the food choice was not that greatest for the weekend stayers. The pots and pans in the Penthouse suites were missing. I couldn't cook my own food due to the lack of utensils. Also the toilets were very low to the floor. For those allergy sufferers, this was not the most Hypo-allergenic space. Found a lot of pet hair and dander that caused problems.
Summary: Was useful for our stay for the park. So we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel just to sleep.

Positive: The location was great was no less than 20 minutes drive to every place we wanted to go and room was great and the kitchen was wonderful would definitely stay again
Negative: My only complaint is there is no ice machines on property and fridge ice maker wasn't hooked up
